Terms of Use
Effective 2026-05-15. These terms govern your use of this marketing website. Your use of the Auracle software itself is governed by the End-User License Agreement, which you accept when you first launch Auracle.
What Auracle is
Auracle is self-hosted software for backtesting and executing algorithmic trading strategies. You install it on your own hardware (or your own cloud instance). It connects to brokers you have your own account with (Interactive Brokers, Alpaca, ClearStreet, Hyperliquid). Auracle is software, not investment advice. Aurapoint Capital LLC is not your broker, not your investment advisor, and does not hold client funds.
No warranties on performance
Any backtest result, performance metric, or example output shown on this site is hypothetical and historical. Past performance does not predict future results. Trading involves risk of loss; you may lose more than you put in (especially with leverage or short positions). You are responsible for your own trading decisions and for the configuration of any strategy you run.
Acceptable use
- Don't try to brute-force license keys, abuse the license validation endpoint, or interfere with the service.
- Don't redistribute the Auracle software (the EULA covers this in detail).
- Don't use Auracle to violate your broker's terms of service or any applicable law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurapoint Capital LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of Auracle is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed gains, or opportunity costs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of incorporation of Aurapoint Capital LLC. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration where required, otherwise in the courts of that state.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes that affect existing subscriptions will be announced via the email address on file at least 14 days in advance.
