Your license key is being generated. It also arrives by email at the address you used at checkout. Credit-card / crypto purchases settle within minutes; ACH direct-debit and bank transfers can take 2–14 business days to clear.

If your payment method is ACH or bank transfer, the key arrives once settlement clears (2–14 business days). We’ll also email it.

Your key (…) was emailed when payment cleared. Check your inbox — the message subject starts with “Your Auracle Institutional license.”

If you can’t find it, email support with your session ID and we’ll re-issue.

We couldn’t reach the license server. Your payment is fine — the key will still arrive by email when it’s issued.

If the email doesn’t arrive within 30 minutes (card / crypto) or 5 business days (ACH / wire), contact support.

While you wait

1. Install Auracle Community — the same Docker stack, no key required for the community feature set. Your Institutional key unlocks the rest in-place when it arrives.
2. Read the install guide — ~3 minutes from curl to running.
3. Skim the Forge docs — ambient context catalog the AI assistant uses.

When your key arrives

1. Copy the key from the welcome email (starts with akey_).
2. Open https://localhost/ui/setup in your browser (or whatever AURACLE_PUBLIC_URL you set during install).
3. Paste the key. The Institutional feature set unlocks within seconds — no restart needed.

Didn't get the email?

Check spam first. If it's not there after 30 minutes for card / crypto or 5 business days for ACH / wire, contact support and we'll re-issue it manually.
